We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your selections carefully before checkout.
Each item is inspected and photographed before shipping to confirm that it leaves our studio in excellent condition. If your order arrives damaged during transit, you must contact the United States Postal Service (USPS) directly to file a claim.
Once an item is shipped, The Necktie Supplyâ„¢ is not responsible for any damage, loss, or delays caused by the carrier.
