Welcome to The Necktie Supply™. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Handmade & Wholesale Products
All items are handmade, upcycled, or custom-prepared. Each piece may vary slightly in design, texture, or color. These variations are normal and part of the creative process that makes every piece one-of-a-kind.
2. Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays only. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided. The Necktie Supply™ is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses caused by the carrier (USPS).
3. Proof Photos
We photograph each item before shipping to confirm its condition at the time of packaging. If your package arrives damaged, contact USPS directly to file a claim.
4. All Sales Final
All purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
5. Pricing & Availability
Prices are subject to change without notice. Limited-edition and wholesale items may sell out quickly and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
6. Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, product names, and images are property of The Necktie Supply™. They may not be copied, altered, or used without written permission.
